1. Customer Liability Waiver

You agree that whilst on the premises, before, whilst using and after using any of the treatments at Float Zone Reading, whether you are the paying customer or a guest, you are committing to our T&Cs, and agree in full to the customer liability waiver below and that you’re liable for any repercussions resulting from the infringement of this policy.

2. Prepayment

All sessions must be booked, and paid for in full before the session.

3. All payment packages must be used within their expiration period which begins on the date of purchase.​

4. Gift Cards Expiry

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Once the gift card has been redeemed, the expiry period corresponding to the package will commence. 

5. Monthly Membership Limitations

All membership sessions must be used within the four week period from purchase and renewal. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward, under any circumstances. Memberships can be canceled at any time, and the membership will cease from when the next payment would have been due. It is not possible to receive a partial refund if part of the month is unused.

6. Membership Payment Authorisation

By signing up to one of our memberships you agree that we will deduct monthly fees from your debit card. The monthly deductions will begin on the date of sign up and continue being charged on the same date of every month. You understand charges will continue month-to-month until you choose to cancel or freeze your membership.

7. Membership Hold

You may place your membership on hold at any time. Only one hold may be placed at a time, and must be for a minimum of 7 days. 

8. Refunds

We do not issue refunds at any time, under any circumstances.

9. Age Restrictions

No one under the age of 16 may be on the premises at any time, including in the reception area.

10.  Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made with more than 24 hours notice.

Cancellations between 12-24 hours will be charged 50% which will be credited to their account for future use, and not refunded.

Cancellations within 6 hours will be charged 25%, which will be credited to their account for future use, and not refunded.

No shows will be charged 100%. 

11. Late Arrival 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse your entry and charge you 100% of the appointment.

12. Non-transferable

Sessions, Session Packs and Memberships are non-transferable, and non-refundable.

13. Intro-Offer

Is strictly for new customers only.

14. Disabled Customer Policy

All those attending Float Zone Reading must be able to climb into, and out of the equipment unaided. We are not trained or insured to assist those who are not fully able to do so. The use of all of the facilities requires a level of mobility, and for the safety of our customers, and of our staff, we are unable to guarantee that everyone who comes to our premises will be able to use any of the equipment we provide.

Liability Waiver

You agree that whilst on the premises, before, whilst using and after using any of the treatments at Float Zone Reading, whether you are the paying customer or a guest, you are committing to our T&Cs, and agree in full to this our customer liability waiver and that you’re liable for any repercussions resulting from the infringement of this policy:

 

I I confirm that I:

1. Am over the age of 16

2. Am able to climb in and out of all of the equipment safely, and unaided.

3. Will never use any of the equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs

4. Have not recently had major surgery, or a new tattoo, and I am not currently suffering from any form of ear infection.

5. For the use of the floatation tank, I will shower before entering the tank, and that I do not have recently dyed hair (this is applicable if your hair is not yet running clear in the shower) and that I will tie my hair up at all times in the tank.

6. Accept that there will be a cleaning fee of £750 if bodily fluids are excreted into the Floatation tank, which I agree will be immediately deducted from my payment card.

7. Do not have schizophrenia, epilepsy, severe skin conditions, low blood-pressure, a pacemaker, am taking prescribed drugs or have any other health condition that may be affected by use of any of the equipment at Float Zone Reading.

8. Do not have any form of over sensitivity to heat reaction, and I do not have any form of impairment to the ability to sweat. I do not have any form of haemophilia or blood clotting disorders.

9. Will take medical advice before booking and attending any session if I have any health concerns.

10. If I am pregnant I will only use any of the equipment as advised by my doctor, and with the agreement of Float Zone Reading.

11. Accept that in very unusual circumstances I may experience adverse reactions during, or after using the equipment at Float Zone Reading. I will not hold Float Zone Reading, or any of its staff or directors responsible at any time. I will inform Float Zone Reading of my reaction, and will accept their decision if they feel it is better that I do not return.

12. Accept that I may be refused entry or use of the equipment at any time, at the discretion of the staff/owners at Float Zone Reading.

You can opt in or out of our emails at any times. When signing up we give you the option to opt out of all our emails. This option is checked by default because if you do not receive our emails you will not receive booking confirmations and reminders which may lead you to miss an appointment.
